Specialising in change management and organisational development, Raf has experience working on large capital projects worth over £300million. 

Raf has been fortunate enough to be involved in the Public, Private and Charity sector initiatives, giving him a unique perspective on governance and strategic planning. Within these experiences, he has successfully managed turnarounds and won national awards for environmental sustainability. 

In recent years, Raf has been working on organisational transformation projects within the healthcare industry, with a particular focus on the impacts of a merger on organisational culture and employee morale.

Recently Raf has been nominated for Young Business Person of the Year by The SME National Business Awards and is currently in the running as a finalist for the award, results will be announced December 2022. 

A qualified Prince2 Project Management Practitioner, Raf also has a MSc in International Business from Warwick Business School and has graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Sports Marketing & Management.

Raf brings a broad range of practitioner and academic techniques to the table, as well as an immense enthusiasm to drive successful change.
